Check dates and bookIndigo Pines is a 3,500-square-foot home built for big groups. Grandparents get real privacy, teens get their own floor, and kids get an entire arcade. Everyone comes back together around a dining table that seats 10, a deck that seats 18, or a fire pit under the pines.

Outdoors
Your private hot tub sits under the covered lower deck behind a privacy screen, so snow and rain stay off while you soak. Two hanging chairs swing right beside it, and the outdoor bar is around the corner.
It was installed brand new in July 2025.

Outdoors
Pull an Adirondack chair up to the gas fire pit in the large private yard. String lights come on overhead, the yard games come out, and nobody needs to haul firewood.

Outdoors
The upper deck has one long dining table seating 18, a pergola lounge wrapped in sectional seating, and a Weber gas grill at the far end. Downstairs, the covered lower deck adds an outdoor bar, more lounge seating and the hot tub.

Indoors
Most saunas at rental homes are out in the yard. This cedar sauna is inside on the lower level, a few steps from the game room and next to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Come in from the slopes, warm up, and rinse off without putting your boots back on.

Indoors
Most homes this size have one primary suite, which leaves two couples negotiating. The second master here is 27 feet long, with skylights, a king bed and its own seating area. It is quietly tucked away on the upper level and uses the hall bathroom just outside.

Indoors
The upper level has a private en-suite in Master Suite 1, with a jetted tub and walk-in shower, plus a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The lower level has two more full bathrooms, plus a half bath next to the sauna with a walk-in shower and sink but no toilet.
That gives your group 4 toilets, 5 sinks, and 5 places to shower or bathe, which is more than most homes this size.

Indoors
The arcade room has three arcade cabinets, a PS5, karaoke and a stage that doubles as a yoga spot, all under a glowing hexagon ceiling. Next door, the game room has a pool table, a poker table with chips and cards, and two dozen board games.
The movie room has an 85-inch TV and blackout shades. It opens onto the indoor bar, with a theater-style popcorn machine and eight seasonings.

Location
Lake Sinca is a private community lake reserved for residents and their guests, so it stays uncrowded. Swim from the sandy beach, paddle your own kayak, or fish catch-and-release with a Pennsylvania license. Kayaks are not provided, so bring your own or rent one nearby. The community also has a picnic gazebo and a kids playground.

This place was perfect for our large group. Seven bedrooms meant everyone had their own space to retreat to at the end of the night. The two suites were an absolute highlight.
We had a wonderful stay at this property! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The nearby Lake Sinca was absolutely beautiful and added to the overall experience.
The large space easily accomodated our large family (5 kids, 3 spouses and 8 grandchildren). The hot tub was wonderful and the fire pit was fun.
After a long day of snowboarding, the sauna was such a highlight and made the experience even more relaxing, along with the fire pit for s’mores. Even when we were snowed in at one point, Nicole made us feel safe.
This was a really fun house! Sauna, hot tub, outdoor deck/eating space were all big hits for the adults, and the game rooms were a big hit for the kids. Proximity to the nearby lake was also a major plus.
There were plenty of rooms to accommodate grownups and kids. The hot tub and swings were well used as was the game room. Nicole responded quickly with answers to our questions. Our family loved our time here.
We had the greatest long weekend at Indigo Pines! The house was exactly as pictured and had all of the space and everything that we needed, even for 7 families!
The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The best part - nicole had ice cream sandwiches and a few other necessities delivered to our door step for check in!
Amazing! Looks even better in person! Nicole was the best host she answered everything provided recommendations and supported our every need.
